 Uneven Structure is a progressive metal band based in Metz, France. They play a style of post-metal which is heavily influenced by the Swedish extreme metal band Meshuggah

 Devin Townsend founded the extreme metal band Strapping Young Lad and was its primary songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist from 1994 to 2007. In his extensive solo career he has released more than 25 albums so far!
Devin is also one of the most eloquent metal guys out there and his singing technique is just great!

 VOLA is a Danish progressive rock band formed in Copenhagen in 2006 by by vocalist and guitarist Asger Mygind. IN 2015 they released the highly acclaimed first album Inmazes.
VOLA's second album, Applause of a Distant Crowd, was released in 2018.

but it is a bit like with Meshuggah, I LOOVE them, nut do not listen to them very often

Krosis is an american Progressive Death Metal/Deathcore that brings inventive tunes to the table ... heavy and rythmical with great singing (growl) ...a great band you have to spend some time to discover!
